month of coordination

Our Month of Coordination Package is perfect for the couple that has the vision, but maybe needs just a little bit of guidance. Included in this package is all the Day of Coordination services plus full vendor point of contact 6 weeks before wedding day, recommendations for ceremony and reception formalities and design, and ceremony rehearsal and coordination at your venue. After your planning hand off meeting we’ll handle all your vendor management, and final details confirmations for: RSVPs, guest count, floor plans and layouts, additional rental items, hotel blocks, welcome gifts and wedding favors. You start this planning journey off and we’ll bring it home for you!
