Day of coordination

Our Day of Coordination package is for the couple who wants to handle all their wedding planning down to the last detail! We’re with you from the start of the day in hair and makeup all the way through to the last dance. This package kicks off with your Final Details Meeting. We'll get started on creating the Wedding Day Timeline for how the day will run. We will be your vendor point of contact 1 week before your wedding day! During that time we'll coordinate arrival and delivery times for vendors, final guest counts to venue and catering, and wedding rehearsal at your venue. With this package we can also plan and execute the rehearsal dinner and/or the day after brunch. 

On the day we will coordinate with your vendors to help the day run smoothly from hair and makeup to decor set up and clean up. Working with your photographer to truly tell the story of the day. Cuing the wedding ceremony processional and recessional. Providing an emergency kit, and monitoring and/or delivering tip envelopes for vendors. We’ll handle your end of evening logistics from clean up to making arrangements to ensure everything is ready for pick up.
